Well, Spencer has just had his first swim lesson! He absolutely loved the water and cried when he had to get out. :( He watched his big bro have his lesson first, then he and coach lyn splashed around together!
Noah is doing so well! He is finally getting the hang of freestyle, although it still looks a little like doggy paddle. And he actually tried some butterfly and was really quiet good at it.

Noah celebrated his half birthday at school. The kids who don't have a B-day in the school year get to celebrate their half B-days so everyone gets to have a party. He was really excited and passed out treats at the end of class. He had his "cool" look on his face, so I knew he felt like a big deal... He was a little confused as to why he didn't get to have a cake and presents at home when it was his half birthday, so we got him the disney movie Robin Hood. He's been running around the house saying "oooh da la leeee!" ever since.
I also wanted to note that for the past 3 years, Noah has been too short to stand on the bottom of the pool. He's always played on the steps. Last year he'd jump out to the middle of the pool and swim back to the steps. This year, this little dude is tall enough! He feels like a big boy...
